2017 UNIFY FEST Vendor Application
Dear valued vendor, our team is honored to be considering working with you and sharing your valuable products and services with the world.
UNIFY FEST is a conscious health, yoga, art, music, and sustainability festival focused on leaving the land better than we found it, supporting inspired life-changing experiences, and creating a brighter future for all of humanity.
The 3 day festival takes place in beautiful Santa Fe from September 1-3, 2017.
Nearly 2500 total people and 120 vendors attended and were a part of UNIFY FEST'S inaugural year of 2016!
In 2017 we have decided to benefit vendors and sponsors at an even higher level by reducing vendor spaces down to only 65, which means less vendor spaces and more attendance for an overall greater benefit to you.
In 2016 we had over 250 applications with only room for 120 vendors, so please read everything carefully below and fill out the form if you'd like to be considered as spaces will go quickly.
• Food preparation vendor prices are $1095
• Standard vendor prices are $995
• Non Profit vendor prices are $450
• Healing booth prices are $350
**(Healing booths may not sell tangible goods, only services such as Reiki, cranial sacral, energy healing, or other healing services will be allowed at the Healing Village)
Our goal is to help get your products and services in front of as many people as possible and help make a positive difference in as many lives as we can.
Below you will find the intake form for being considered a vendor at UNIFY FEST.
IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE:
* Each vendor will receive 2 General Admission tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased at a 25% discount. Sorry but there's no exceptions on this one.
** Each vendor is responsible for their own travel, expenses, and accommodations.
***Each vendor will receive a discount code and tracking link as an ambassador to help promote UNIFY FEST on social media and via email. For each ticket sold through your link you will receive 10% commission.
****Each vendor will need to be setup by August 31st at 12pm. No exceptions. If a vendor is not fully setup by August 31st at 12pm they will be turned away without a refund. This is for the safety and security of the festival and attendees and other vendors. We appreciate you following this important guideline. There's plenty of setup time as you are encouraged to begin setting up 1 full day before on August 30th at 12pm.
*****Each vendor will receive a 10x10 booth space and a 10x20 camping/parking space behind their booth.
******Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own canopy, table, and chairs.
********Food preparation booths must provide their own cooking, cooling, heating, and cleaning stations, materials, and supplies in accordance with state regulations.
We are grateful to work with you and excited to build a long term mutually beneficial relationship.
Please note, upon application acceptance, vendor approval, and payment, there are no refunds as we have limited vendor spaces and the amount of work it takes to manage vendor applications, contracts, and details means we can not offer refunds.

Are you interested in having an advertisement for your company or organization put into our program guide? The ads will run between $250-$950 each and will go out to over 60,000+ people online and to all of the attendees in person.

Electricity is only provided onsite to food preparation vendors who are serving full meals. All additional electricity will need to be brought independently by the vendor. We recommend solar lighting for nighttime and solar chargers for charging phones. You may bring 1 small generator as well. If you are unable to bring electricity but you need it, let us know and we'll see what we can do.

As it's an outdoor festival on a large acre property, internet is limited, we suggest you bring your own hotspot and wireless devices if you need WIFI and ways to receive and manage cash.
